Today the jury in CloudofChange v. NCR returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff CloudofChange, to the tune of $13.2 million. The jury also found NCR liable for willful infringement of the asserted patents.

Interestingly, Plaintiffs have had better luck in the Waco Division in non-patent civil trials. Since my time at the Court, juries in non-patent trials have returned 7 favorable verdicts in the 10 civil jury trials held by Judge Albright.
