Closing arguments wrapped up last Friday. The jury deliberated for several hours and returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff AlmondNet, Inc., finding both patents infringed, not invalid, and awarding $122 million in damages, which was on the lower end of Plaintiff’s request that stretched upwards of $348 million.
